Spicy Green Papaya Salad








Ingredients :

1.   3 cups of papaya (papaya slide into long strips)
2.   5-6 cloves garlic
3.   5-6 PCs. of Paprika 
4.   2 tomatoes (Cut into halves)
5.   2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
6.   2/3 of cup of cow-pea cut into pieces
7.   2 tbsp fish sauce
8.   2 tbsp dried shrimp
9.   1/4 cup of Tamarind juice or lemon juice
10. 1 tbsp of Palm sugar 

Step 1. Put paprika and garlic into a mortar and pounded 3-4 times.
Step 2. Put dried shrimp, tomatoes and cow-pea, pounded and mixed together.
Step 3. Put papaya and ingredients remaining. pound lightly with mixed together.



The last step :  Serve with grilled chicken and sticky rice. >> WOW!! Top of deliciousness.

Tips delicious: Pounding gently and gradually put the condiments in small increments, just as you likes.  You can fill the salty crab or fish fermented for the taste better.
