Tom Kha Kai (traditional)




Ingredients :


 1. Slice the chicken into pieces. >> About 15 pieces.

 4. Dill and Coriander, roughly chopped. (for garnishing)

 6. Sliced fresh chilli and lime juice.
                              
Step 1. Boil coconut milk.
               
Step 2. Put galangal down in start hot coconut milk and waiting for boil 2-3 minutes.
Step 3. Add chicken and simmer over a low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4. Season with fish sauce, should be careful not to have too many salty taste, which can't be edited.
